1. Use of Services

By booking or using any service at TANNED TO, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Our services are available to individuals aged 16 and older. Clients under 18 must have parental or guardian consent before using our studio. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, access codes, and booking information.

2. Studio Operations

TANNED TO operates as a fully automated, self-service spray tanning and skincare studio. The studio may not be staffed at all times. In the event of a medical emergency while on the premises, please call 911 immediately. TANNED TO is not liable for any medical emergencies, injuries, or incidents that occur within the studio. By entering the studio, you acknowledge that you are using the facilities at your own risk.

3. Spray Tan & Skincare Treatments

Results from spray tanning and skincare treatments may vary depending on individual skin type, preparation, and aftercare. TANNED TO does not guarantee specific results, colour outcomes, or treatment duration. Our tanning solutions contain DHA (dihydroxyacetone), a sugar-derived compound that reacts with the outermost layer of your skin. DHA does not provide any protection from UV radiation. If you have any known allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns, consult your physician before using our services. Our skincare treatments (Hydrate and Lift) are complimentary add-ons and are applied at the client's discretion. TANNED TO is not responsible for adverse reactions to any products used during your session.

4. Payments & Billing

All fees for services, memberships, and packages are displayed on our website and booking platform. Payment is required at the time of booking or as per your membership agreement. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for memberships, packages, or individual session purchases.

Memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment. After the initial 3-month period, your membership will automatically transition to a month-to-month plan and may be cancelled at any time. If you cancel your membership before the 3-month minimum commitment period has been fulfilled, you will be charged for the remaining balance of the commitment period.

Membership subscriptions renew automatically on the billing date unless cancelled in accordance with this policy. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. TANNED TO reserves the right to adjust pricing at any given time.

5. Bookings & Rescheduling

Appointments can be booked through our online booking system. Clients may reschedule or cancel their appointment free of charge with a minimum of 12 hours' notice prior to the scheduled session time.

Cancellations or changes made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session will result in the session credit being returned to your account and a $20 late cancellation fee charged to the payment method on file.

Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice ("no-show") will result in the full forfeiture of the session credit. No refund, credit, or rescheduling will be provided for no-show appointments.

6. Studio Access & Conduct

Access to the TANNED TO studio is granted via a personal access code provided upon booking. Access codes are non-transferable and must not be shared with anyone. Only clients with active bookings are permitted to enter the tan room. Unauthorized entry may result in additional fees and/or suspension of your account. Clients must not be under the influence of alcohol or any substances while using the studio. TANNED TO reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its discretion.

7. Security & Surveillance

For the safety of our clients and the protection of our equipment, TANNED TO uses security cameras at the studio entrance and common areas. Cameras do not record inside the private tanning room. By entering the studio, you consent to being recorded in common areas. TANNED TO is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings left on the premises.

8. Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for assessing their own health and fitness to use our services. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have any medical conditions, please consult your healthcare provider before using our spray tanning or skincare services. TANNED TO does not provide medical advice. It is the client's responsibility to follow all pre-session and post-session care instructions for optimal results and safety. Clients must follow all posted instructions and voice-guided prompts during their session.

9. Memberships & Packages

Memberships and packages are non-transferable and are for the sole use of the account holder. Unused session credits from packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Membership credits roll over month to month as per the terms of your plan. TANNED TO reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership in the event of misuse, breach of these terms, or conduct deemed inappropriate or unsafe. Memberships require a minimum commitment period as outlined at the time of purchase.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

All sales are final. Memberships, packages, and individual session purchases are non-refundable. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, provided the minimum commitment period has been fulfilled.

11. Liability & Assumption of Risk

By using TANNED TO's services, you acknowledge and accept that spray tanning and skincare treatments carry inherent risks, including but not limited to skin irritation, allergic reactions, and uneven results. TANNED TO, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, products, or facilities. Clients assume full responsibility for their use of the studio and its equipment.

12. Changes to Terms

TANNED TO reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
